I'M MORE THAN VERY UPSET!!!

November 2012 i took out a cellphone contract (2x Blackberry 9320) for my daughters as a xmas present. They both worked fine for about 3 or 4 months then the trouble started. One of the phones wouldn't switch on after some time, it went in for repairs and seems to be working fine now until this month when re-activating BIS... The money was deducted from the airtime available but still no BIS on the phone and that was on 16th July. Bayport says contact cell c and cell c says contact Bayport... The other phone started freezing and switching off and we were advised to upgrade software. During the upgrade process the phone switches off while reloading software. The phone is only 9 months old and completely useless!!! When that phone went in for repairs the phone came back unfixed and surprise, surprise IT IS WATER DAMAGED!!! HOW THE IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? IS IT ONLY WATER DAMAGED BECAUSE THE TECHS AT BAYPORT DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PHONE? IS BAYPORT SELLING US SECOND HAND PHONES??? WHY DID BOTH OF THEM NEED TO BE TAKEN FOR REPAIRS AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS OLD? WHY SHOULD I CONTINUE PAYING FOR PHONES THAT ARE NO LONGER WORKING PROPERLY???
