10 reasons to avoid vodacom contract

1. I purchased 2 Q10 all with factory fault
2. reputation of wrongly charged 4 the data that i did not use
3.one and half Gigebyte of voda on"t last you more than 20 days
4. no matter how hard you try to purchase extra data package uwill be charged out data expensive billings
5. if you wanna prove that voda r not helpeful try the options call " old quiery "number 2 options" no one will pick up your calls, so avoid this rather select nothing n u will get quick responds or select options 1 even is old quiery
6 do uknow vodacom each and every month charge u hiden fees, check your statement
7. u won't believe that i wake yesterday and billed by vodacom more than r399 of out data, and i was told that i used that data at 6h30 am in the morning while i was asleep, that to me is not good news and is not first time vodacom charge me out of data while i still hv data.
8. remember that call limit only work in the dream land, i ahd been charged R399 while i hv R50 call limit plus data that i purchased as ectra to what vodacom give me
9. Expect vodacom call centre to tell u that they never manufactured your phones n nothing they can do,
10.who hv contact 4 consumer rights?
