I upgraded two weeks at the vodashop in greenstone.
Three days ago I got an sms saying airtime had been transferred to my account. I did not transfer this airtime. I then tried to log onto the online portal but my password had been changed and every time I tried to change it back the sms notification was sent to the person who was accessing my account.
I have called vodacom three times with the query and no one has been able to help me. Also they have promised a 24hour turn around time, no one has gotten back to me and its been almost three days now.
