My brother bought me a black berry 9300 as a gift, a few weeks later the phone started giving problems the scroller didn't work the phone froze even though i did the updates it switched of automatically, i then took it back and they told me that the bb 9300 has been discontinued cause they are all faulty and that they don't fix it they will send it away and just give me a new handset and that's exactly what happen they gave me a new phone.whats worse is that I'm now im sitting without a phone cause the new one is broken the same problems occurred i went back and they i asked them if i can take another phone and pay in the difference they refused and said they cant and they will get someone to call me and no one did.i also work and i cant go and sit by them, its Disgusting cause it was a gift first of all and secondly it was paid for they didn't give it for free, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUT AT A ANY RETAIL STORE, AND I WON'T SUPPORT OR TRUST FOSHINI AGAIN.
