Pathetic sales

My entire Saturday morning has been wasted by 8ta. I tried taking out a 10gb data contract.

I'm not even going into the details, but In short, I was sent to 3 different shops, 4hrs later, at home again and I still don't have my contract. All the paperwork from my side is correct, each shop had a different problem with eother stock is out, or system is down.

Pathetic service.
