I recently decided to signup for Telkom Mobile's 10GB internet contract (Internet 5 Promo) at a cost of R199. I went to a Telkom Mobile shop, where I requested to signup for this. After completing the registration process, two days later I received an email with the billing. To my horror I discovered that I was signed up for something that I DID NOT REQUEST. I was incorrectly registered for the 10GB 10GB at a cost of R299. The Tekom Mobile staff at the outlet, were clueless. According to them there is no 10GB account offering, yet on Telkom's very own website [URL Removed] it says otherwise. It states "Includes exclusive option to sign up for the monthly 10 GB Night Surfer data bundle at an additional R 100 per month" - this is an option I did not ask for yet it was imposed on me. I want Telkom to give me what I had requested which is the 10GB contract @ R199 as per their own website product description.
