I have been to 5 Telkom mobile shops in Johannesburg to obtain a B593 LTE router or a E5220 Mi-Fi for home Wi-Fi use, to be told that they have been out of stock since December and don't know when they will get stock in. They are however able to give me the same devices on a 36 month contract. There are a few concerns with this. Is this the same situation as the e-tolls, where you are forced into taking a 36 month contract because they don't want to supply the advertised pre - paid? They advertise a product in all the newspapers and then when you enquire about it is always out of stock. I can understand why the share price is always under pressure with this company. Please inform me when you will be able to deliver to your stores what you have advertised to the public.
