BE. AWARE FOR THE FREE WI FI

I TOOK OUT two 3GB DATA contract on the 2/12 while I was at the store the sales lady told me I could get 10GB free wifi! and she told me to SMS free and my email address! which I did, I had started to update my app s on my iPad! little did I know that, the shops WI FI was not working, properly! the next day all of my new 3GB was finished, I went back to the shop to complain why my apps did not get down load from my free 10GB, the lady could not help me, she said she has to put in an query, I later spoke to the manager Pamela, who said she will investigate it and come back to me, till today I have not heard from her, I then spoke to the area manager Andrew who denied that it is the fault of telkom, and refused to reimburse me with my 3GB that I just bought, ...he referred the matter back to the sales lady who called me and she also denied the problem, she said she is still waiting for feed back from the technical deptment, three weeks later, I am still waiting for her to reply to me.
It is a disgrace that a big company like telkom spend more money on cell phone calls, to me disputing the problem, than just Re-embursing me back with my 3 Gb, I was left with no Internet.
