An upgrade was requested at the Mooirivier mall MTN branch in Potchefstroom. A Packard Bell laptop offer was chosen. After a week and a half of phoning every 2nd day, I was informed that the offer is no longer available, no stock. I then had to choose another offer to upgrade. An Acer laptop offer was chosen. After phoning every day and another week passing, I was just informed that they don't have stock of this offer either, with no indication of when stock will be available. Service of the staff are poor, as I kept requesting them to inform me on the status and I was never contacted. Worst service in 11 years with MTN.
