Vodacom is still billing for a cancelled contract

I went into Autopage to cancel my contract and i was referred to the telephone service. i phoned at the beginning of Feb and I was told that my contract was cancelled and that no further deductions would be made from my bank account. I received no further instructions and was under the impression that the matter had been concluded. My debit order was just put through again. I am now being charged for a phone that I don't even use. I also found out that my partner had added blackberry service to my bill. i never consented to this. i want to be refunded for the money wrongfully taken off my account.
