Refuse to change back to old contract in 7 days

Downgrade from Talk 240 - 120. Not informed about R500 charge. Downgrade from 2Gb - 1Gb. On 28/2/13 Balance: 3, 33Gb will expire on 28/2/13 & 36Mb expire on 31/3/13? Was R349 now R449? Asked them to change back to previouse contract, will only be possible on end of March, according to Vodashop. We've been told, to change back within 7 days, by another service provider.
