This is now my 3rd posting on this matter. I laid my first 3 complaints with 8ta. then i turned to hello peter. However, none of my complaints have gotten the slightest attention from 8ta. each time i am promised that i will be contacted a.s.a.p with some resolve.
I believe now that every time i am greeted with an automatic reply. I have no where to turn with this matter any more.
this has to be the worst service followed by the worst follow-up procedures that i have yet to come across.
I will discourage any person to make use of 8ta. The company is structured with such a corporate mentality that there is no way for a customer to make any contact with anyone who might be able to assist them. Their staff is so incompetent that i received more than 1 different explanations for this glitch that happened to me and cost me R700.
All i am being told over and over is that they will respond soon. it has now been 6 weeks of this.
this company should be ashamed of how they have been treating a customer that has given then many referrals and always pays her contract on time for the last 2 years.
I will be closing my account and spreading my experience as far as i go
