Telkom reported fault over 50 times

Dear HelloPeter.

I Previously sent you an email about bad Telkom Service in account to our 4 Meg Internet Line.
The problem was resolved for exactly 2 days and as before and as I expected, all the problems started again. I have phoned Telkom Customer Care more than 50 TIMES the last 2 months, but it has only been reported 8 to 9 times. We pay Plus minus R800.00 a month for their service and it is now the 3 rd month that the problem continues.

We are a business line that needs 24 hour surveilance on our Trucks that is not possible with this problem that keeps consisting over and over again. I even took my own time to Drive to Telkom Service Scenter who was not eger to help me at all. After 1 Worker actually helped me he gave me the Suppervisors number who is currently of and unreachable. Till today there has still been no Tecnitian at the problem location.

We are really dependant on the internet that we pay for and do not receive. Plz help us fix this problem fully. I feel it is unaxeptable that this continues so through them and nothing gets done.
