I logged a call with Telkom over a month ago. The problem is that my telephone line cuts off and goes static everyday (especially in the evening). Over the past month I have had 3 calls reported for the same problem. Each time the call is closed as resolved and the call centre just logs a new call. Each time I tell them that the problem is not resolved, and continues each night and some days too.
the service from Telkom is horrible. I honestly don;t think they even work on the fault, as I never see any telkom technician in the area, and I never get called to test my line after the so-called fixing of it is completed.
Is it that difficult to get some good customer service, after we get charged each month for a non-working service?
