Hello Blanche, yes you did advise me that i am liable for the February bill and i have allowed the debit order to go off on the 28th of February 2013 - ref 00027439735. And then cell c takes it upon themselves to debit again another R125 - REF 27866874. If i am liable for February which you and i agreed on, why are u debitting me twice without aforementioned warning. THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN A CUSTOMERS MOUTH.
