This is now the 6 month that I have the same line fault. Every time I call the call centre they log the fault and i get a ref number, a technician goes out and fixes the problem and 2 to 3 days later we have exactly the same problem. They repair the same problem but it breaks again. All I get from telkom, is that the exchange is congested are running a business thats now losing money instead of making money due to the pathetic service telkom provides. Fix the line once and for all or move me to another DSLAM that has no problems. How many times do i have to call and log a line fault for the same line before you actually fix it or move me somewhere else.
