Telkom line faults not repaired

During Dec 2013 we had heavy rains in Potch. During this time I started experiencing low bandwidth on my Internet. Contacted the ISP, Axxess to report problem. They tested and notified me that it is a Telkom line fault. I tried phoning 10210, but the key selections would not work. Phone Axxess again a couple of days later and they reported the fault to Telkom. On Fri 27th Dec '13, Tebogo from Telkom left a message to phone him back. I phoned Mon 30th Dec '13. He informed me that he will phone me during the day to confirm a time. No phone call received. Later that day I got an SMS that the problem (10BTK251213) is resolved. Problem still existed. Reported problem to Telkom again, this time they blamed the ISP Axxess. Reported problem again and received escalation nr 17938. Still faulty. Reorted problem again (570CTK020114 - Spoke with Tina) and the whole process was just repeated to the point where I receive an SMS that it is resolved. Line is still faulty. Phoned again, spoke to Indren who was very helpful. He sent an e-mail to the tech support manager as well as his manager with all the details. To date, the line is still faulty. I tested with all instruments removed, no joy.
