I was promised that delivery of the phone will be done today 01 March 2013 as my MTN contract ends on Sunday. While delivery of my phone is expected today I have yet to receive confirmation that it will be done. When I called the Call Centre this morning, Godfrery confirmed that delivery had not been finalised - which means i shall not be getting my phone due to the issue of stock on hand.
Cell C had ample time to sort out the stock issues, and know I have to bear the brunt of their bad service. As of Sunday 3 March 2013, my MTN contract will be cancelled and with the non-confirmation of my delivery of my phone means I will be without a mobile number. I received a call from Elelwani to call through to 084145 and select option 2 to confirm delivery however I cannot get a hold of any of the consultants for the past 3 hours!!! This is ridicoulous.
Please can someone with any clout contact me urgently regarding delivery of my phone by today
