Unpleasant Customer Service

0812060450 is the number for my Data prepaid sim card for my ipad and what surprises me is this simcard never left the country yet its being charged for roaming. i really don't understand why a prepaid has to be billed and invoiced as this defies the purpose why its a prepaid simcard.
i have never requested for roaming and i have never used my simcards when im abroad so how on earth can i be charged for roaming when i dint even use that facility. when i go abroad i dont even use my simcard
this has gone to far without resolve and im now contemplating cutting all ties with 8ta as they have been incoviniancing me month in month out
is this how clients are treated
why do i have two profiles as this is confusing everyone especialy your agents in the callcentre are simply puzzled by this and can not make any sense of it
im going to put a stop order as precaution since you guys are always debiting my account twice
i have sent a email with my recent bank statement to [Email Removed] and no resolve as yet
i want the amount deducted from my account reimbursed with immediate effect
