Virgin did a network reset this month, They switched off my roaming (I usually spend around 15, 000 rand a month on roaming)
I called the call centre, they cut me off 5 times, I asked for a supervisor or manager and they cut me off.
They make the mistake of cutting off my roaming and yet I then have to pay 10, 000 rand to put it back on!
Even better I am abroad and you cant actually pay virgin from abroad!
There is no way of contacting any customer care person (I dont think they exist based on virgin service) and there is no access to their lack of customer care Director.
This is just a continuation of apalling service I have had over the last 3 years (My spend is between 15, 000 and 40, 000 rand a month with Virgin)
Its not a mobile phone company its a circus
