Termination of Contract

I was one of the lucky ones who received an 8ta phone so that I can phone one landline for free for two year, or so I thought. At the end of August last year I went to an 8ta store to ask how the procedure works. They told me that I needed to phone the call centre on the day that the contract expires. When I did that the guy said someone would phone me. When I heard nothing I phoned again only to be told that I have to give 20 days notice in writing, this was apparently a new procedure. After a lot of backwards and forwards I spoke to a lady Nonhlanla that promised me via email, which I still have that the number would be cancelled and that I won't need to pay extra. This was on 11 December. We are on March 1 and yesterday I had anothe debit order taken off my account. When is this going to stop. I have another phone and a dataline with 8ta, I think I should give notice now already and then it should be completed by the end of may
