MTN DIGUSTING SERVICE

I'm am disgusted by the customer service that I have received from MTN I have ordered a blackberry 9900 through MTN direct I received the phone last Friday to my knowledge I have resquested a white I was sent a black nevertheless I opened the phone to my dissapointement I called the MTN call centre to take back the phone they told me that I need to go to a service centre closest to my area which is in Midrand Richards Drive I went there and they tell me that its a repair centre that do not do exchanges as a busy business women I do not have the time to be running around with regards to being mislead by the information that I was given the staff at MTN service centre was extermely rude and unhelpful I want to exhange the phone as it is not even 7days and I have not be able to be helped as yet this is poor service as I'm going to log a complaint with the consumer protection act this is unacceptable and the service is really poor!
