Fauly phone with faulty software

I upgraded my cell on Fri 02/08/2013 between 11 &12pm. I took a BB 9360 phone & was told if anything is wrong, i had 7 days to return for a new one. Got phone for my daughter who is in school & only uses the phone afternoons & w/ends. After 2nd day she complained that the phone was freezing. After taking 30 plus photo's the memory was full & she has a 4 gig memory card. i then decided to take the phone back and waited for Fri, as it was a holiday and i assumed i was still in my 7 day period. On arriving at Cell C between 11 and 12pm on Fri. I was told i had missed it by 1 day, which i think is incorrect as if you want to get technical i was still in the 7 day period. They tried to flog me off to the BB buddy in the centre & told me it was a software problem otherwise they would have to book it in for repairs. I went to the BB Buddy store but the queue was too long with 1 person assisting. I went back to Cell C & told them i was not happy. The phone is faulty in 1st week but i must be happy with a repair phone and pay a contract for 2 years. Not too mention i purchased BIS but the phone is going to take 21days to repair, so there goes my BIS. Unacceptable, no-one bothered!!
