My contract clearly states an added value of 100mb X 24 on my Galaxy Pocket straight up 30 as advertised in Dec/Jan brochure. Cell C's technical desk - and I use this term loosely - is to date incapable of loading this data. In the past 28 days have repeatedly called and emailed customer service, driven to and spent hours at the franchise store and loaded airtime when instructed (mysteriously, to get my "free" 100mb I had to ensure that an equivalent airtime value was loaded on the phone). I received an sms on 14/2 saying 100mb x 24 was loaded and after my now weekly trip to Cell C @ Howard Centre 2 days ago, I was told that the system clearly shows this. But still no megabytes and not one response from anyone @ cell c - I was told that "they don't like to phone out! " This from a communications company! Biggest joke of all was on being issued with yet another reference number to add to the list - when I pointed out that this was quite useless to me, I was told with an air of great importance that this was different. THIS was a Trouble Ticket number! I submit that any number from cell c is indeed a ticket to trouble. Much anticipated 1st phone for 13 yr old - what a disappointment.
