CellC offered very good prices for the iPhone 5 but their service failed them beyond compare.
Firstly I was sent the wrong iPhone and I requested a number port but they gave me a new number. I sent that phone back very cross and explained clearly what I wanted again to them. I was charge pro rate for the rest of the month.
I was then again sent the wrong iPhone. I didn't even open it, just sent it straight back.
I was then charged for a full months contract and I didn't have a phone or an active contract.
How cross do I have to get before someone listens to me. Cell C have made so many mistakes and not even sure if I want to move to Cell C if you can make this many mistakes before I even start using your services.
