1820610 - This is the second complaint about MTN in 2 weeks. I followed the instructions provided to me by head office and took the laptop that was provided to me to the branch I got it from because they gave me a laptop with lower specs than advertised. I was advised that the only thing they can do is cancel the deal, because they're advert was incorrect. I still accepted this, but now it is taking ages to cancel the deal. In the mean time MTN is running another special that I would like to apply for, but before I can upgrade to that deal this one needs to be sorted out. My next stop will be 702. If it still hasn't been sorted out, I am sure the consumer protection act will come in handy.
