THE VODACOM NETWORK IS TOTALLY OVERLOADED. PHONE CALLS GET CUT OFF, DOES NOT GO THROUGH OR A "NETWORK BUSY" SIGNAL COMES UP. 3G NETWORK DOES NOT WORK OR IS VERY SLOW.
THE GOVERMENT / OMBUDSMAN SHOULD PREVENT VODACOM FROM SELLING ANYMORE AIRTIME OR NEW CONTRACTS UNTILL THEY HAVE SORTED THEIR INABILITY TO DELIVER A PROPER SERVICE, OUT.
WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHICH IS NON-EXISTENT OR VERY, VERY POOR!!
