Unable to resolve billing problem & obtain refund

In Feb 2013 I took out a Giga20 contract with Cell C via their call centre but instead of the Giga20 package, they put me on the Giganite package. On 1/3/13 I was debited R358.71 which is R 179.00 more than I should have been debited. I did not worry at first because I thought that I was perhaps being charged pro rata charges. I realised that there was a big problem when I was debited R 894.00 in April - R715.00 more than I should have been debited. I then spent approximately 3 weeks trying to get resolution to the fact that I was put on the incorrect contract. Eventually this was resolved and I was assured that I have now been put on the correct account but I am not able to get any resolution to the fact that I am almost R900 out of pocket. I cannot get a proper response from anyone at Cell C about my refund and I am very frustrated.
