Cell C
Commitments not met after first hpeter complaint

I had taken two data contracts from Cell C in Dec 2012. The one came with a free wifi modem. When using the modem it was inadequote for my house and I had returned it to the store as per the seven day requirement. The store manager indicated that a tech rep would be sent to verify the poor operation before the contract is cancelled. This nexver happened for a month even after repeated queries. I then lodged the first hellopeter complaint in Feb and the consultant who contacted me indicated that my appraoch was correct and that the contract would be terminated at no cost. I have since had a debit order deduction for both contracts which is in complete contridiction to what the consultant had indicated.

This is completely unacceptable, as issues are reflected as closed and acceptable by the client, yet no corrective action is taken and commitments are not followed through. I would like the issue addressed urgently and the money deducted, refunded as I have had no value from the modem or data contract.
