How long should a Whatsapp message take from one network to another? Eg: I (MTN) sent my wife (Vodacom) a short message. I was in Wesselsbron at the time and she in Welkom. IT ARRIVED 42 HOURS LATER. A runner with a letter in a stick could do better. This is also not the first time this has happened. The next that I will probably hear is one network blaming the other - with no improvement in the service for the paying customer. Are the networks overloaded and not able to cope with the demand, or what is the problem?
