Upgraded and was promised delivery on Friday 22 Feb. Phoned on 25 Feb, everything was fine and already booked out to customer, and I need to phone them by Wed 27 Feb. Phoned again on 27 Feb and they will
come back to me. Phoned again on 28 Feb @ 8 or 9'o clock, with still nothing. Phoned again @ 12, waiting for superviser, but will come back to me, phoned again after 2, still nothing. I am the seondary account holder, can't see why I cannot sign for the phone, what the use of secondary? I was only told that when I phoned after 9 days? I stay in Jnb and my parents in George, how will I then receive the phone and why did they not tell me from the start that my dad have to complete a form, why when I phoned? And I am the secondary account holder. it is 4h30 and I still don't have any feedback!!! poor, if any, service!!!
