3 weeks later, no phone and I am billed

I went to cellc hatfield to get my upgrade, I got a Samsung galaxy note 2 on the 10th of Feb 2013.
I dealt with someone called Quinton at the store He never tested the phone to ensure everything is up to date
Seems the store doesn't even have a micro simcard for testing purposes.
I then took the phone home as is. (Mind you I live in midrand and had to drive to hatfield as that was the only branch of theirs that had this phone I am in need of)
On getting home, I realized that the micro sim doesn't fit at all and I opted to take it back to hatfield on the next day. On the 11th (Monday) I drove back to hatfield to return this particular unit, Quinton was off on this particular day and I dealt with a guy called Nathi who immediately opened a new micro sim and tested the phone and indeed it seemed like a factory fault (this, Quinton should have done the day I got the phone before handing it over to me) Nathi then booked my phone in and later that afternoon, I received a ref number (OBF080205) Later that week, I got a call from cellc hatfield saying that it's a factory fault but they don't have the phone model in stuck anymore that I have to wait for stock availability, till date.
