Iphone 4S Send in twice for Assesment

My Iphone 4S started giving me problems and it is on contact, it is still a new phone and under warranty, I booked my phone in for the first time at the Hatfield Branch around the 21st of December 2013, to make a long story short, it was send back to me not repaired, they said to me that the Find my Iphone app should be disabled, before they will be able to look into the problem, i had to go home with the broken phone so that i can go onto the internet to disable this so called app, Cell C in Hatfield could not assist me with the internet, so that i can disable the app on the internet right there and book the phone in the same time, so that i don't need to travel back and forth trying to sort out my problem, negative reflection againts CellC Hatfield, their service is up to no good, the manager there is absolutely useless, they should replace him as he is at no use or benefit to the company. Well then obviously i did book my phone in a second time at the Kolanade Branch on the 10th January 2014 and up to today i haven't heard from Cell C at all, their was a superior that contacted me on the previous occasion and said that they will make my case a priority till today nothing!!!
