I bought my brand new Ford Figo diesel from Hatfield Ford On 19 April 2013. On 2 June 2013 it broke down in Pta. Ford assist recovered the vehicle and Hatfield Ford supplied us with a loan car. UNFORTUNATELY this is where it stopped. After 3 weeks. several phone calls, a personal visit to Hatfield Ford, several complaints to Ford SA, I am still stuck without my car. The workshop manager Mr Nigel Williams were available to discuss the problem only once and that was while I visited Hatfield Ford. On Friday 21 June 2013, in the Presence of Mr Nigel Williams, Mr Trevor van Wyk and Mr Marius Brits, Dealer Principal, I was promised results on The coming Monday. A week down the line I still have to listen to the lame excuses made By Hatfield Ford and its management, this while the Ford factory is just down the road from Hatfield Ford.
THIS IS CERTAINLY THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD OFF.
