Bad Service, Have to repeat oneself

I am fed-up with Cell C, they just disconnect you without prior warning..but when they have to re-connect it takes forever... you can never speak to the HOD of Manager, they never availabe... i refuse to pay by Debit Order, so i pay via EFT... which takes 24 - 48 hours for an amount to reflect... and this happens all the time... they also give you wrong billing information...
