Dont ever sign up with OpenWe

Signed up with OpenWeb as I needed an account for a few months.

Now I try cancel my account. First, you cant call them becuase they close at 5pm. What ISP closes at 5? So I request cancellation on their support tab on their webpage, including necessary details. Its about 6pm Monday night. Wednesday comes, no reply. WTH? Call them as I'm home before 5pm. Kendra answers, all she wants is my phone number, wont answer any questions, wont put me through to sales, wont put me through to technical., and all she says is email admin@openweb. Utterly useless except she's really great at asking for my number. No Kendra, I dont want a date. So I give her my number. No call back. While I'm waiting, I send an email to as many openweb email addresses as I can find, but include admin@openweb amongst others, requesting cancellation, and I INCLUDE MY USERNAME. Thursday comes, Almost 11pm get a reply, asking my usename. WHAT! Cant they read! My username is there! TWICE!

Utterly USELESS staff, cant read, cant reply to support requests, drag this out as long as possible so they can keep charging me, 27th was cutoff date, now they charge me another month. Convenient. Sour taste when I say "OpenWeb"
