Setting up of BB Z10 by MTN

I received my BB Z10 on Tuesday from MTN Waterfront in Bloemfontein. That was the first phone they sold and did not know how to do the setup and even operate the phone. From the start my BBM and WIFI did not work correctly. I went to the Blackberry help kiosk in Mimosa Mall. The attendant told me that was the first BB Z10 he saw and there was some confusion about their training dates and he cannot help me. He told me to email the Blackberry support email address for help. I did som but still to date no response from them.
I then went to MTN head office in Nelson Mandela Drive. The attendant tried to work on my phone for 30min and then after that told me that they cannot help me but they will call me back. To date nobody called be back.
I then went back to MTN Waterfront where again I explained my problem. They suggested I have to do a SIM swop but have to get an affidavit from SAP. So I went and get the affidavit just to get back to the store that they are sold out and reffered me to another MTN shop which then told me that MTN was offline.
I am really frustrated and cannot understand how Blackberry can launch a phone but nobody understands the phone.
