Why is it always a struggle with MTN. My blackberry was handed in at MTN Bloemfonetin, Mimosa Mall, 2nd Floor, before the warrentee expired. I live 400km away from Bloemfontein and when I courier the box with the charger and cables to them I forgot to put the pouch in and could only sent the pouch to them the next Tuesday. the phone and everything was already in there position before the warrentee expired, its always a struggle to get hold of them and now MTN refuse to replace my blackberry with a new one, it has to sent back to MTN Mimosa mall so that they can sent it in for repairs. Seems to me MTN plays for time so that they don't have to replace phones, it has a total software problem. Blackberry tested it and said it should be replace. I had enough of MTN when my contact expires, I'm going over to vodacom.
