Dont know what is customer service

My my 5 month old Samsumng Galaxy pocket, went dead. Taken it in for Repairs PTN branch 28 Feb. waited 1 month for it being sent to JHB technical, returned dead not coming on. Given back to store next day, device missing for 1 week store told me it was courier service after 3 weeks device returned again 26 April not coming on dead, call centre says it had software upgrade. Phone sent 3rd time now to technical man att. This is the 3rd week since. almost 3 months without my phone. Call centre unable to answer where or what is happening simply dont care . keep saying they will send mails but no action. I am still paying monthly debit order. Online complains on their website weeks ago, no responce. I gave up calling customer care as they dont have a clue about customer service. A replacement device is R800 but rather have an exstremely unhappy customer. There are no contact numbers for any method of complaint beside the useless call centre
