I want to cancel my landline. Went to the Telkom shop in Menlyn and was told that I have to do it by phoning 10210. I tried over the weekend and got fed up after waiting for 15 minutes with no answe. Then tried again at 15:30 today (not peak hours) after 20 minutes there is still no answer.
How is that possible!? How on earth can a call answer of a national service provider have you wait for more than 20 minutes! This is pathetic.
And how am I supposed to cancel my landline if it is impossible to get hold of anyone?
