I phoned 10210 as I wish to cancel my residential line and ADSL (at the end of December) and was promised an immediate SMS containing my reference number and a follow-up call with a "cancellations department" and neither has materialised.
I do not have the time to spend another 30 minutes waiting for someone in the call centre to answer and another 5-10 to repeat the process! Pretty poor, but it is what I have grown to expect from Telkom!
