Not again

I refer to my previous ref no, M13021872, M130220208, M13022128.
1. I upgraded on the 12/02. I only received my upgrade on 25/02. It was delivered to the incorrect address, I had to inconvenience myself by driving 50km from Krugersdorp to Bosmont & back to collect it.
2. I now have my new Blackberry & I am unable to set it up because it seems I have no services available. My Service Status is... 1. Phone number unknown... 2. Status available... 3. Connection is Mobile Network... 4. BB Internet service not connected... 5. BB enterprise serv not connected... 6. Active profile not connected... 7. SSID not connected... 8. Type not connected. I cannot set up my BB ID, BBM, Facebook nothing as it says I am not connected, even with WiFi on.
3. So I phone Cell C, spoke to Nikki who first said I need to phone Autopage, but gave me a set of instructions to follow to register on the routing table which I did. She said if it doesn't work that I should call Autopage or Blackberry. Well, it didn't work and I have already incurred cost in my home phone bill and petrol to get this sorted out. Pls take accountability.
My new ref is M1302283 and I expect a speedy resolution
