60 Day Double Money Gaurentee A Lie

I was with Afrihost for about 2 1/2 months (but had to give 30 days notice)

Now as per their website on the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee -

"So why are we doing it then?
..., you can choose to leave us at any time in the first 60 days of your chosen product and we will pay you back double the amount you've paid us in total up to that point, on that product or package. If we don't deliver, you don't pay - in fact, we pay you."

Thus far I have received 2 refunds from them, which is still not the correct refund amount & may I add had to beg for the 2nd refund to which your consultant denied there was ever a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on my package, even after showing him what was written on their website!!!

To add to the outstanding amount, Afrihost went & transferred my ADSL line back to Telkom at the beginning of Jan'13. Therefore, I am owed an additional refund of R299 for this.

I sent an email to them with a lot more detail & they replied "You stated in your email that you were with us for 2 and a half months. You will note that the qualifying criteria is that the account has to be cancelled within 60 days."

I am baffled by this incompetence!!!
