On the 16/09/2013 I placed an order for one of afrihosts mobile services. The very next day my company bought a package that made this need redundant and I cancelled the service on the 17/09. On the 18th Afrihost continued to debit my account even though I had cancelled the product.
On the 19/09 an Afrihost employee called Zayne contacted me to say he was arranging the refund, however by the 26/09 I had still not received it. So I emailed Zayne back to query this, to which he replied that they were having problems with the bank and that it would be processed in the next 24 hours.
7 days later Im still waiting for my refund. And definitely the last time I will ever consider doing business with them.
