I have upgraded to my contracts in October, i was speaking to the consultant and i told him that i would like the one telephone line or rather contract to have the BIS so that i don't have to keep renewing. This was discussed and he gave me two figures, R142 and R157 for adding the BIS on the one line, now this month my bill is is over R400 and no consultant can explain this to me. I filed a complaint in this regard and i was given ref number 3020700062, i was told that i will get an answer in 24-48hrs, i didn't so i made another call and i got ref number 3022301079. I merely need an explanation and i was also told on the 23rd that my contract clearly states that i have free BIS ending on the 13th of March, but i have been renewing my own BIS, plus not forgetting the fact that this was supposed to be included in the R157 that I took on in October 2012. I was promised that the recording will be pulled out and listened to I am still waiting, I got a message from someone at Cellc who tried calling me only once and he left a message to say that I must call 140 to find out the reason why my bill is this high, i call the number and no one knows its not on the system. ref 1302230000064630
