About 5 Months ago I decided to register my company domain with them and only took out a single domain host. I had no problem with the single package with them. Last month I decided to take out the reseller hosting package they offer for R490, not sure how their service in bulk hosting is I saw the 60 day double money back guarantee, to test and see if they live up to their promise on the hosting services. With nothing to lose I decided to move forward.
When I begin to get clients and load them on the reseller package of mine I started to face problems with each and every single new client I load. When I ask the support team it took me at least 8 days to solve 1 problem. On the end they did not even bother to solve the rest of the problems which was caused on their back end and I decided to cancel the reseller hosting with furious clients breathing down my neck.
With the 60 day double money back guarantee they offer I thought I was save, but I was WRONG! Now they are coming with excuses that I have a account since 5 months ago for the 1 domain I had and now the 60 day double guarantee does not apply to new services. But I took this package last month!!!??? UNACCEPTABLE!!!
