GOT A NEW SMSUNG GALLAXY S2 IN MAY 2012 FROM NEW WORJD IN PRETORIA TOOK IT BACK TO THEM BECAUSE WITHIN A DAY THE BATTERY ONLY LASTED FOR HALF A DAY I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID NO PROBLEM BRING IT IN WILL BE SORTED OUT BECAUSE IT WAS LESS HTAN A YEAR OLD THEY THEN SENT IT TO VODACOM WHO SENT IT TO THEIR SO CALLED EXPERTS AND THEY SAID IT IS WATER DAMAGE UNECONOMICAL TO REPAIR I SAY NO WAY THEN I FIND OUT THEY DID NOT SEND IT TO SAMSUNG IT WENT TO THEIR TECHS. WHEN YOU BUY A WOLKSWAGEN YOU DONT SEND IT TO TOYOTA FOR A SERVICE TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT THEY FINALY SENT SAMSUNG AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD KEEP ME UPTO DATE WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING THIS WAS OVER A MONTH AGO I HAVE RECIEVED NO NOTIFICATION FROM THEM I HAVR CALLED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY SAY HOW CAN WE MAKE YOU SMILE I AM NOT SMILING I AM SERIOUSLY OFF I JUST WANT MY PHONE BACK AND WORKING NOT EXCUSES
