I went to MTN Norwood Mall as my phone did not have all the software required to install my email- I went online and gave the phone to my wife who has always assisted me in updating any software. She confirmed that the software was incomplete So i went into the MTN store where i was informed that I can not submit my phone for a service to upgrade the software as teh battery was low. When i asked for the managers details they insisted they are not allowed to give me the details. They started raising their voices and telling me to go read my contract as my contract stated that i need to have a fully charged phone to submit it for an upgrade. Eventually i got hold of the Manger who in 2 weeks of interactions never asked me for my details as a client- She only had my name and surname from my emails. She said she wiould come last weekend to pick up the phone from me to have it serviced. after many attempts from my side to get hold of her she again agreed to come pick up the phone from me this weekend. She has just emailed me to inform me that she cant pick up the phone from me and that i never told the staff i wanted the phone to be taken in for service. I called her fro a recorded line
