My husband and I want to cancel our contracts due to bad signal in our area. Technicians have been sent and Cell C have confirmed that there is a problem with signal in our area. My husband has handled the communication for both cancellations and has proof of all of it, specifying that it's for both numbers. Now Cell C is willing to cancel my husband's contract but not mine. Cell C is in breach of contract because I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. Case ref: 306 130 2234. Please don't put me onto the call center either, I've spoken to them several times with no satisfaction, they have no idea what thee're doing.
