Cell C! This is unbelievable, I switch to Cell C in mid April, biggest mistake of my life! Now I've been trying to get out of this contract and keep being told that a technician will come to my area to test the signal then I can cancel! What a load of nonsense. I've been waiting since July for the mysterious technician and obviously I'm not priority. Who takes 3 months to get back to their client?
I'm really looking for a good lawyer who will not only terminate this contract but sue Cell C for loss of income due to their poor service which has been made worse by their continual refusal to cancel my contract!
